Our CF Senior Saturday (CFSS) Meet & Greet Program Flyer is available to distribute digitally or via print to patients, community members and organizations.
We encourage CF Care Team's to print and post in your clinic and/or send monthly reminders to patients.
CFSS is a free community virtual event designed to connect, encourage and educate individuals 40+ living with CF.
CFSS MONTHLY EVENT
CF Senior Saturday Meet & Greet is a virtual space for people aging with cystic fibrosis to connect, build relationships, find support, and share experiences. Whether you were diagnosed with cystic fibrosis early or later in life, attendees are committed to an atmosphere of trust and compassion.
We meet virtually on the 2nd Saturday of every month. Registration is required.
