Our diagnoses were delayed, not due to a lack of symptoms, but because cystic fibrosis was not initially considered. Enduring years of unexplained illness has significantly influenced our perspective and reinforced our resolve to drive systemic improvement.

The CF Now! No Opportunity Wasted Recognition and Improved Outcomes Project, led by the Halite Solutions Group (HSG), aims to raise awareness across all Healthcare disciplines about cystic fibrosis (CF) symptoms in adult patients. HSG also seeks to advocate for these individuals whose CF symptoms may have gone undetected.
Although not every patient with common CF symptoms will be diagnosed with CF, HSG hopes that those in the healthcare community will use their clinical judgment regarding the patient’s presenting or recurring symptoms to:
